When they arrived, it was clear they were intoxicated and they smelled of alcohol. They did not assemble any of the furniture as I had requested because all their time was spent on smoke breaks. They offered to come back the next day for an additional fee for the work they should have finished in the allotted time. They put the upstairs boxes downstairs and put the downstairs boxes upstairs. They damaged items and the owner refused to provide any discount or payment for the broken items. I have never experienced such unprofessional incompetent movers in the dozens of times I have moved.
