I'm so very happy to wholeheartedly recommend Aztec Moving. It is the best money I have ever spent. Mark, Paris and Tre were professional, courteous, friendly, and extremely hardworking! They were so careful with all of my antiques and handled all of my stuff as if it was their own. Great job guys and Aztec Moving. This is just a phase 1 of my move, and I will absolutely use them for Phase 2, which is a move across the state. The pricing is fair, and they finished up in the estimated amount of time. No surprises. Great job Aztec! read more

Anthony and Trey were amazing! This was a complicated move for my mother with more than one stop but they did it without complaint. Very friendly and super careful with all of our things. I would definitely use these guys again if needed. The owner, Davin, worked with us on budget, etc. so props to him too! Sleep well tonight Anthony and Trey, you certainly deserve it. Thank you again! read more

Aztec moving misquoted the moving cost by 100% - the original quote was ~$400 for size of home being moved from - with the house being moved into 2 miles away from the home. Aztec Moving had three movers sent to the move - which it took them 9 hours; 1 hour of which was 'drive time'. 1 Mover did not leave the truck/driveway space the entire time. The entire move cost $900. Aztec needs to do a better job in quoting prices & also representing their work. I would seek quotes elsewhere & ensure the quality of work being provided. There are other moving companies that would charge less - and probably not need 3 movers / bill you for 3 movers - in the area. Wish due diligence was done in this scenario read more

Here is my experience with Aztec moving. The price is good, they charged by the hour, worked steady, and provide good value. The two younger men got out of the truck in masks, and were courteous and friendly the whole move. The boss got out of the truck without a mask in spite of seeing us wearing masks. When we told him he had to wear a mask he said, "I don't believe in that stuff." I said "Well I do, you're not moving us without a mask." He says "Well I won't be able to move you then!" and proceeded to call his boss at Azteck. He was about one second away from being fired and sent home when one of the young men pulled an extra mask from his pocket and gave it to him. He's also the guy who will be irritated if your wife can't keep from warning him a table has a loose glass top. Dude, you've got it easy. You just had to listen to her one comment. I live with those little reminders every dang day ;-) read more

We selected this company because they were a few dollars cheaper than others in town. It was absolutely NOT worth the $30 or so. First, we were charged for time that should never have been. The owner did refund my money, but a week after I reported it. Also, we were missing parts to our bed frame. The owner promised me that they had searched every truck and he was not going to take any responsibility for the missing pieces. The next day, he called and stated that he had "lied" to me, that they had not searched every truck and found them. My husband had to go pick them up and make 2 trips as no one was there on the first planned trip. Mr. Cottrell states that he has multiple businesses and wants his customers to trust him and understands the power of referral. I did not find that in this company at all. Quite the opposite. Talk is cheap, and that is apparently what we paid for. read more

History

Established in 2013.

We're Aztec Moving, and we've been a leading moving company in Paducah, KY, since 2013.

Meet the Business Owner: Davin P.

My name is Davin Cottrell and I am the owner of Aztec Moving. I appreciate you taking the time to look at this, and considering us for your upcoming move. I understand the difficulty of hiring a mover that you feel you can trust, to come into your most private space (your home) and handle your possessions. I know talk is cheap, but as an honest business man with multiple businesses, I understand the power of referral. If we do not complete your move to the point you would refer us to a friend, or use us in a future move, then we have failed to reach our goals. My customers are not just another statistic or number to me, but my hope and goal is that with every new customer, I gain a new friend. I ask that you would give Aztec Moving a chance to help you with your next move. We strive to offer affordable, quality service with unmatched professionalism.
