He had so, so, so many matted clumps of fur all over him and we were not sure how it would go, BUT it was amazing! Livia was SOOOO gentle, caring and spoke softly the entire time to this sweet ol man. After he was bathed, he lay on the grooming table purring like crazy, which made us all so happy, because he is no longer in pain do to all the matted fur. I highly recommend this young lady, she was so helpful, got us in the same day and helped us get the care this elderly kitty badly needed! And was very reasonable priced! I tried to get him in the grass but he wasn't budging. ultimately it end up on the side walk. when entering the building I waited at the front desk to let the staff know of the incident. while checking my dog in and letting the staff know, Bonnie asked if I wanted to clean it up, I replied I didn't mind I could do that. She pointed to a roll of paper towels . I replied I can't use that it was a little soft she then pointed at some plastic bags... Ok no problem! that would work! I figured I would get him checked in and when they took him back I would gladly clean up his mess. We all know how chaotic a vet waiting room can be. After asking our name and pets name and getting him checked in. Bonnie then said not to worry about it she would get "one of the girls to clean it." I asked repeatedly are you sure I don't mind picking it up? Fast-forward 10 minutes another patient came in. She was trying to let the staff know about the mess on the sidewalk. I smiled and replied I let them know, it was my dog. Sorry about that. I was sitting in the middle part of the waiting room behind the wall, when Amanda (receptionist) made the comment "why do people do that, like come on. why do People let their dog poop right there." After hearing her rude comment about "us people" I peaked around the wall and politely told the staff that it was my dog, and I offered to clean it up. And how I thought that was very unprofessional.

Very friendly, very caring, very thorough, very knowledgeable and, very expensive. But, I guess…read moreyou get what you pay for. My dog is a patient and will remain so. The only negative is they do not keep appointment times. They may put you in a little "care" room, but you end up waiting a ways past your appointment time before someone comes to take care of your pet.
