They told me he was installing 2 garage doors for a decent price. So I walked over and asked him for a quote. He didn't show up for the first appointment. I don't understand why this guy couldn't give me at least a general idea of costs while he was standing in front me of me. Instead he's leaving me hanging for weeks. That meant removing and replacing the heavy stone pieces. Patrick did that complicated masonry himself and did a very high quality job of it. I was particularly impressed with the quality of work done to prepare the underlayment. The crew prepared the ground with care. In fact, a neighbor who happened to be replacing his driveway with another firm told me he thought that Concrete Results did a better job than his contractor did, going deeper and taking more time to adequately compress the underlayment. A few weeks later, the same neighbor said there was already a crack in his concrete. My driveway is perfect. Throughout the process, I found the crew to be considerate of my needs, friendly and polite. Each day of the process, the crew made sure to put tools and equipment away. Another positive; Concrete Results seals the concrete. Many other firms do not. While Patrick's bid for the job wasn't the lowest, I definitely feel that I made the right decision.
