He had great recommendations for the project. He worked into the evening some days, did exactly what he said he would and when. He and his crew worked so hard and were so efficient this summer, the whole job was done within a week including the coloring sealing. The amount of dirt they removed to get the forms laid and ready should have taken days if not weeks alone. We were very happy with the process, price, and final project. We enjoyed working with Troy so much and were so happy with what he did, we asked him back to seal our garage floor. You'll notice lots of happy customers! That's what I did when my concrete chimney crown cracked to the point where any rain event would make it's way into the ceiling of my home. As many other reviews have stated, they believed their job was too small to be of interest to any mason, including the McHenry team. Andre seems to be very adept at not only fitting his job review and estimates into very busy and fully scheduled work days, but also the actual work. Very attentive to the needs of his customer(s), and at what I deemed a very fair price. Andre didn't send a team of workers for a one-man job, rather, Grayson arrived, had been fully briefed on what needed to be done, and got right to work. He was able to remove the old/cracked crown, replace it with new concrete, remove the old flashing caulk and re-caulk with quality polyurethane product in a couple of late day visits. I was impressed with how quickly Grayson finished the job, especially from scaffolding he brought up to my roof. These guys have a ton of energy, answer questions with patience, and smile the entire time. Felt like they were trying to impress me and earn my future business, which I really appreciate in a contractor. He asked for a $2,000 deposit, which I paid on August 12th. He said he would start the work within the next week or two, but after that, I was met with excuse after excuse whenever I checked in. Every time I followed up, I got the brush-off. Finally, after months of waiting and no progress, I requested a refund on November 15th. It's now January 6th, and I still haven't received my money back. I've been given numerous reasons for the delay - the check is "in the mail," then "I'll drop it off this weekend," but nothing ever materializes. At this point, I have no choice but to consider legal action to recover my money. This has been a completely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would strongly advise staying away from this company - it's been a scam from start to finish. On Jan 8th, I finally received a check for my deposit amount.

I needed a stack of downed branches (branches were an inch or two thick each and together stacked a few feet high and about 6ft wide) moved a few yards away to free up some stairs on a hill. I was told his minimum is $800 but he would do this for 500 with two guys. I ended up trying to do it myself and was able to move it much more easily than anticipated in only an hour and a half. Another company quoted me $225 for this job which is much more reasonable though still higher than I think it's worth. Just beware of price gouging with this company.

Day of the project they showed up before 7:00AM and began promptly, tearing out three layers of asphalt, grading and adding necessary gravel. By 10:30AM the concrete was delivered and at 3:00PM the project was completed. The next day a few of the crew showed up and saw cut the driveway to prevent cracking. While they were working, several neighbors stopped by to look at the project and commented on the neatness and efficiency of their work.
