Although we were the VICTIM in this company towing and impounding our vehicle, and the person driving our stolen car was arrested for auto theft, we were told by this unprofessional business that our car was not stolen, and we were treated like criminals. Person answering the phone was rude and surly to me, my husband, and our insurance claims agent. Although we've never had an occasion to be in this situation (fortunately have never had a car stolen), our claims person deals with it every day, and she said these people are "extra special difficult". We paid to get our car from their storage, and the very next day, they filed a lien on the vehicle. RUN DON'T WALK away from this place. read more

I would not recommend this towing service to anyone. If you are in a wreck with a sound mind have police call any service but this one. We never did get our car back. Sad to say we know of 3 others this happened to. One was an out of state car. read more

I hit a cow on Strang Rd at 1:45 in the morning I had called two other wrecker services, either no answer or got a machine, Got ahold of Wades but while talking to her one of the other services contacted me back, when I mentioned this while talking to her she said... "WE DON'T PLAY THAT GAME " and hung up the phone. Leaving me stranded in the middle of the road. Best part the other service was calling to say he couldn't get there for a couple of hours and I should try Wades. Needless to say I waited the couple of hours. There are 4 other locations in Pryor ALONE that have much higher reviews, let alone in the surrounding area, so don't use this place under any circumstance...you can definitely do better. Paid up front for a tow that ended up being canceled only a few minutes later. The service charges a fee for a canceled call out (understandable), but the fee initially paid was nearly $800.00 and their driver hadn't even headed our way. As a company, we would have easily understood a charge in the $200-$400 range, but we weren't refunded or charged appropriately. It was too much effort for them to refund and charge appropriately, so they just didn't make the effort. We were advised we could contact their attorney about it. To some businesses, a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush, and this is one of them. You may be better off with a business who appreciates a return customer, rather than who is only looking for a check today. read more

Great service! I think the man who towed us today from Big Cabin to OKC was Brandon, (that's what was on his shirt) he got hooked up to our truck quick and had us on route to OKC fast. Really good guy, great conversation, hubby and him chatted the whole way :) he was very nice and professional. I really recommend Wades highly if you're needing a semi truck tow, RV tow etc. will use Wades again if we are finding ourselves in the need again. read more

Had to cancel their call 15 minutes after it was placed. I understand there are "dry run fees" But being charged 750 just for their driver to get in the truck and drive 15 minutes its outrageous, I would not recommend them, Their owner thinks just because they charge you upfront means that there can't be any refunds for services they did not provide. read more
