I took my tractor in to have a tire repaired. They did something electrically and the tractor…read morewouldn't start. They blamed me for bringing a tractor in that didn't work but ai told them ai backed it off the trailer just fine. The set out to get it running by hot wiring every safety relay from the back of the fuse block. So no safety switches and nothing with a fuse. I was able to start the tractor with no brakes set, in gear, throttle up, cruise control on, no one in the seat and the PTO engaged. The tractor would start when run with no one in the cab. I was afraid my wife would get run over and chopped up. I took the tractor to the Kioti dealer and they spent 10 hours putting the wiring back where it belongs at a rate of $95/hour. I called the secretary 3 times to talk to the owner but I was put of 3 times. When I called a 4th time to tell them to talk to my lawyer they happily said OK and hung up on me.

He then went on to refuse to let us have our car after we did everything he said to do. He refused to release the car to the registered owner and made false allegations to police accusing us of lying about the registered owner. We had proof of registration and he still refused to let us collect our belongings. He refused to let the registered owner take her vehicle out on her own truck and trailer. He threatened to add $80 to our fee for calling at 8:02 am on a weekday, because he was still at home. We had to call the police to get our car released. They gave us the number to the owner. Steddum Wrecker Service was contacted by AAA to come help us. Holden called to verify where we were stranded and was there within 10 minutes. Not only was he quick and helpful, he took our truck and us to a mechanic shop, McClains in Choteau. Said he would take us anywhere we wanted but he took all of his work to this shop. Then he offered to take us to a nearby hotel. Fast forward to Monday morning. The shop called, said they could fix the problem and would head into Tulsa to get the part and would have us back on the road late afternoon Monday. True to their word, they did and were reasonably priced. Monday evening, Holden called to check on us and make sure that we had been taken care of and asked if there was anything else we might need that he could help with. What service. Couldn't ask for better. Being in the customer service industry, I have very high expectations. WOW did Holden ever meet and exceed them. Would recommend 10/10 everyday all day.
