They are always nice and friendly to me when I come here in. They even wait on me with a smile. They are nice to my crew too. Since it is new, everything is clean and nice along with the bathrooms are always clean. In fact, someone was cleaning the bathrooms while I was here. Yes, I will be back.

I understand that times have changed and that customer service may not be what it used to be, but kindness and a little willingness to help should never go out of style. It wouldn't hurt to offer a helping hand or simply tell a customer, "Thank you." Those small gestures can make a big difference. I hope management will take this as an opportunity to remind their evening/night staff that customer service, kindness, and appreciation still matter.
