Added video of the Horn being put in. Another Safety Feature that was not checked and ignored when Wade took this vehicle in. Items that should've been checked were apparently not, and I have had to spend $$$ on items that should've been no brainers...Hood Latch, Horn, Fog Lights, Blower Capacitor (fan only worked on Low speed), and of course Freon. AC worked great (just enough Freon in February to make it appear cold) but yeah it was empty and took a full 90 dollar can of 1234 refrigerant. I can't stress enough be obnoxious and if it takes you hours to press every knob, button, lighting, fans, just do it. read more

I had a really bad experience at Wade Ford, Smyrna, GA with Salesperson, Thaddeus. I got responses back from AI confirming price of a 24 Ford Transit. It took 3 days to get a person to call back. Then, Thaddeus, who kept running to his "quote" manager about a price on the Van that kept esculating from around $21,000- to about $24,000 roughlyover a three day period. I asked myself, "is this a bait and switch?" He would wait days later to respond saying each time, he would talk again with his mgr & see what he could do each time, but never did anything. I live out of town. I told him, I had an OTD on another van the last time he called, but really wanted this one, and lived out of town, but was ready for cash deal. He waited another week to call today and ask if I bought the other van, which I did buy the other van from another dealer in town. He refused to give me an out the door price on the vehicle. He acted like he did not think I was serious. Very poor service, slow follow up, and very nonchalant, unconcerned about selling. Personally, I would not buy from Wade Ford, because I was not taken seriously. This is my personal perception from my experience with Wade Ford. I would not recommend this dealership. read more

Called the dealership as soon as they opened at 9am to ask about a truck. Priced well at 18k, spent all day trying to get Larizza to work this deal even ran a credit app, then finally after about the 4th call of the day she sends the finance information. $1800 in "protection packages" $300 in "theft protection" $1000 "dealer doc fee" And then only offered $650 on a trade in of a 2010 Expedition with 130k miles. Attempted to text the sales woman back and correct some of these numbers, then called and spoke to her again when she says "oh there's someone in here looking at it let me make sure they didn't buy it" to which 30 minutes go by and she texts back and says sorry someone in person bought this vehicle. Not a mention of anything before they had me run a credit inquiry or anything. Obvious bait and switch dealership that I will avoid going forward. Oh even better just checked the dealership website and this truck they had listed at 18k, which I called and made sure I verified the price for, is now priced at $30,000 on their website. read more

I came to this dealership looking at a 2021Used lexus NX 300 F sport, with 74000 Miles on it. upon getting there. I saw that the car was overpriced. Because it had a damaged front spoiler that the dealer said they would fix and they had the parts coming for it. But upon further inspections the body lines on the front end did not match up, which shows that there has been body work done to the car. And the car fax that they showed me did not have enough information about the car and all the maintenance work done on the car. They act like they did not know that the car had been in an accident That was not reported, but the body lines on the front end of the car are so unaligned that you would have to be a fool Not to notice this when they initially received this car. This car is priced so high. And that going out the door they wanted 28.000 after fees. They try to sell you anything and will tell a lie quickly. They tried to sell me a 2015 Tahoe with a 90.000 miles commenting on how reliable those tahoes are. When the 2015 is considerably unreliable any where you get information about them. Watch out for their phony, smiles and fake integrity. I asked them to work with me with a ten thousand dollar cash, payment and a trade and sale me the car for 23.000. and they refused to budge on that price. The whole time acting like they didn't know about what happened to the car to cause the front end to be unaligned that bad on the left and right of the bumper body lines. The fact that they are still tried to ask so much for this car with knowing that there is evidence of an unreported accident after I showed it to them shows me that they have zero integrity and did not have any respect for a man that has the knowledge about cars. read more

Its simple. Dont buy a used car here. Or a new one either. Or a leased one. The managers will lie if caught adding fees or inflating the cost of your car in your agreement. They will add service costs you did not want. The pressure on sales and finance employees to max out their take from you and every customer leads to dealers mostly employing folks that lie easily. A big tell is how long they keep you waiting as they put you through the two to four hour sales process. Once you point to the car you like the slow down starts. It's all about wearing you down mentally and physically. Keeoing you waiting and stressed is on purpose. Because at the end of your wait time suddenly things speed up. Sign here, initial here. Lots of paperwork. They know you want out of there and use it against you. Get control of the situation and say you want to study every number they have added to your contract. Is the car Value higher that the sticker? Is there one of those Service Warranty fees ($425-$500) in there? In particular look out for this fee. Know this useless Service Warranty is THE #1 pure profit line every car dealer tries to get you to pay. It's #1 on the to-do list of every salesman, finance manager and sales manager. If you catch them they hope you are so ready to get out of there they will give you some excuse or lie about a refund after the sale, etc to get you to sign now. Stand your ground. Make them take it out now. The big threat to the buyer is at the end of the long wait time of hours sitting there. Car salesmen are not there to become your friend. Stay focused on the business. As they feel you out with questions - answer back, without emotion, that you want to stay focused in getting a good price. Repeat it as an answer to most every question they throw at you about your family, job, friends, travel, finances, etc. Stay focused and alert. Be prepared to follow through on your threat to walk out because of the crazy long wait. Dont worry - they will come get you back from the parking lot. Always remember - THE DEALER NEEDS YOU MORE THAN YOU NEED IT. Its a pain in the butt but accept when you walk into that first dealer you may need to go elsewhere...where the wait time isn't quite as bad and the added/inflated fees are quite so high. read more

BUYER BEWARE - I found a used Lexus LX470 for sale at this dealership on facebook. I flew in from NC to purchase the vehicle and the salesperson was nice enough to pick me up from the airport. The sales person told me when their service department inspected the truck, when it arrived at the dealership, any necessary service had been performed. That turned out not to be the case. When I finally arrived at the dealership to inspect the vehicle in person, I found many issues indicative of neglect and deferred maintenance which had not been disclosed to me - active oil leaks, transmission shuttered and hesitated between gears, warped brake rotors, sunroof inoperable, cracked/worn ball joints, literal caked-on mud on the undercarriage from being off-roaded. Bottom line, either the dealership knew the vehicle had these issues and chose not to disclose them to me, or their service department is not competent enough to catch things that I was able to find looking at the truck in the parking lot for 5 minutes (I'm not a mechanic btw). I'm out several hundred dollars in air fare to purchase a truck that was not accurately represented by this dealership. I spoke to the sales manager and asked for my travel costs to be reimbursed and he told me the dealership would not reimburse me. He said the oil leak and transmission issues are normal but then also said I should assume the vehicle had issues that were not disclosed in the ad. Who tells someone interested in buying a product they are selling "assume this product is flawed"? Pretty wild, right? If you plan to buy a vehicle from them, take the sales manager's advice and "assume the vehicle has mechanical issues" that have not been disclosed or be gaslit into believing the oil leaks and malfunctioning transmissions are not actual problems. I've tried to get in touch with someone in their finance department for multiple days and every time I get forwarded on to someone who ends/hangs up my call. Beware the bait and switch. Initially quoted $200 for car inspection and stated that the $200 would be applied against any repairs. Took it in and got a report from '200 point' inspection that told me what I already knew from NAPA computer diagnostic. I know two things that need to be replaced that aren't even mentioned. I called to find out what 1 of the parts would cost to replace and was quoted 40% more than other mechanics. I asked if it included the $200 inspection cost.cant He said no, their labor rate is $200/ hour and he couldn't change it. I wouldn't say I wouldn't come back because I bought a car from here 10 years ago compared to visiting recently a few days ago for service. Customer service was very friendly & nice. Very courteous and respectful. My disappointment, not upset. Just disappointment. Was when I tried to order a part and they did not have it. The follow up communication wasn't there for me. I understand places get busy. But in the course of 3 days. I had to contact them about the status of a part I was trying to order. No one ever reached out to me first. Because of that. I just went to a 3rd party. And though I'm still waiting. The 3rd party has been way more attentive. And I did have to prepay 50%. But at least I know I will have my part and installed since money has been exchanged. And because I didn't do that here. Maybe that played into the disconnect. But I'm willing to give this place another chance. Maybe even the same sells man. They do have a cafeteria on site while you wait. And the lady is very nice. Speaking of waiting. I waited full hour on the second day before someone said they're sorry but the part isn't in yet. So, a waste of time, but a lesson earned, not learned. That's my peace. read more

Wade Ford's "No Service" department is the worst I have ever encountered. They have been such a waste of my time, money and energy. It would take me so long to describe all the offenses, so I will highlight the best of the worst. 1) You can't get anyone on the phone. EVER. Online chat was no better. 2) They don't offer service. EVER. One time they had my car for 4 days and never touched it or bothered to call me. I am updating my review from zero (one) to three stars because they finally did resolve the complaint after great reluctance. ORIGINAL COMPLAINT: Written document with terms of purchase. Verbal agreement. Handshakes all around. Several documents progressively signed. $9000 down payment transferred on these terms. - Terms then changed by the dealership midway through the purchase process due to a "mistake." They would no longer honor the terms of purchase as agreed upon. - If I could give zero stars I would.
