I booked an appointment initially for window tinting and showed up for my appointment and the staff…read moreupon arrival were very friendly and genuinely appreciative of my business. Tint job was completed for 2 front windows, did an amazing job, initially was explained difference between regular tint and ceramic tint. I went with ceramic which is a little more but not by much. Windows look fantastic as if they were factory tinted! I then decided to book another appointment for a hitch for my Jeep Wrangler too after they did the tint job. My appointment was yesterday afternoon. I dropped it off and was immediately greeted with a very friendly staff as my previous visit. I came back later right before closing as they were wrapping up the job of adding the hitch plus wiring the harness that plugs into a trailer to have brake lights, turn signals, etc...I am new to all this, by the way. I've never pulled a trailer or had a hitch on any other cars. I asked if there was a way they could help me hook up a trailer i had just bought across the street at Tractor Supply. The owner was more than happy to help! He asked if i had the 2 inch ball for the hitch yet, I did not. He went into TSC to help me find exactly what i needed and made the purchase. We exited the store to the parking lot where my new 5'x8' trailer was ready to be hooked up. He installed the 2 inch ball, hooked it up to my Jeep, and thoroughly explained the steps, showing me in detail what i needed to know. Diamond Tinting went above and beyond. I made it home and all is great! You seriously need to go to Diamond Tint for tinting and anything needed electronically for a stereo, hitches, floor matts, etc...Shopping local is by far the BEST. You won't get better service at a big box store. I cannot be more happy with my window tint and hitch install. They are absolutely the BEST! Thanks Diamond Tinting for everything!

Imagine you trust this mechanic because every time you bring your car for service it's done…read moreexllecent and professionally. Then all of sudden your service on your car becomes a returning door. I was told the coils on my car needed to be replaced although I just replaced them in March, was told they are good for at least year. I'm back in April getting the another ignition coil replaced ontop being told by the owner to bring my car back up there so they could fix it, only to come up there and act like he didn't tell me to bring my car back up there. Now it's June guess what coils need replaced owner will not respond so what does that imply? Business is business paying for a service to your car, then having to have the same service feels scammed over all. Especially when your use to their service being top notch. Now I'm never bring my car back because the service is keep paying for keeps being the revolving door and we are disappointed in the owner because he literally stop responding to services your shop preformed and my car still needed the same services done that was allegedly serviced less than 2 months ago. I don't know what changed but my service went down hill!!! I wish I could attach the invoices and text messages on here as well!!!
