in the past, Martin's had provided reasonable service at a reasonable price. My last experience was not! I paid my bill and was surprised I needed to install the driver seat to drive it home. I later inquired through online invoice what the hourly rate was to do the work, there was no indication of the rate nor the amount time it took to perform the task at hand, and no explanation. So sorry they wouldn't take the time to explain. read more

Cleaned vehicle out Friday at 12:30 pm and when salvage contacted him to get the vehicle that afternoon, he told them we hadn't been there to turn in 2nd fob or clean out the vehicle. He told the salvage company this again on Monday. We talked to him when we were there Friday, and gave the fob to him. When I called Monday to question him because it's delaying our insurance payment he said someone must have forgot to write it down. That person was him, I'm not happy with Kolby at all! Need better customer service because he was terrible and doesn't act like he knows what he's doing and I believe he's been there at least one year, maybe more !

Then all of sudden your service on your car becomes a returning door. I was told the coils on my car needed to be replaced although I just replaced them in March, was told they are good for at least year. I'm back in April getting the another ignition coil replaced ontop being told by the owner to bring my car back up there so they could fix it, only to come up there and act like he didn't tell me to bring my car back up there. Now it's June guess what coils need replaced owner will not respond so what does that imply? Business is business paying for a service to your car, then having to have the same service feels scammed over all. Especially when your use to their service being top notch. Now I'm never bring my car back because the service is keep paying for keeps being the revolving door and we are disappointed in the owner because he literally stop responding to services your shop preformed and my car still needed the same services done that was allegedly serviced less than 2 months ago.
