A very reasonable price for the work done, but come today I start my car and it's miss-firing on the cylinder I had the work done. So I brought it into my local dealer to have it diagnosed, we found out that the coil pack that was put in was not put in correctly. The ignition coil quite literally grenaded inside of my engine. Not to say that their business is bad but I definitely don't think I'll take a mid to high end vehicle there again unfortunately.

I had ask him to take it to the university automotive clinic and he didn't want to wait a week to get the vehicle into the university auto clinic. He took it to Coomes' automotive in Vincennes. They tried to charge him $490 for the driveshaft and $90 for labor. He called me immediately and I looked up the part and found it with a lifetime warranty at AutoZone for $89 and this wasn't the cheapest one it was the gold standard. I called them and told them to immediately stop anything they had done to it. they still charged $75 for an inspection and had taken the driveshaft out already. We were passing through Fort Wayne in our motorhome when I got a warning that one of my rear tires was losing pressure. Luckily we were able to get off the interstate and found Best One Tire. When we pulled into the service bay three employees greeted us, assessed the situation and got to work. One began jacking the rear wheel, another removing the lug nuts, the third got another Jack to raise the wheel off the floor. This type of cooperation between employees continued until the problem was found and repaired. I just want to commend the management for their ability to have their employees work together. It is a rare occasion these days in any service business. Breaking down on the highway is always worrying that you are at the mercy of strangers. I highly recommend this facility and its people to treat you professionally and fairly.

When I spoke to a mechanic on the phone the first question i asked was "do you guys work on high performance german vehicles?" he asked me if i had a Ferrari.. for the record a ferrari is an Italian car not german. I told him i owned a Volkswagen car and he responded in a very rude and sarcastic tone asking "So you own a high performance Volkswagen?" . i would not recommend this place to anyone due to the lack of professionalism and terrible customer service. judging from the initial response it seems as the mechanic has no idea what he's talking about.
