Then all of sudden your service on your car becomes a returning door. I was told the coils on my car needed to be replaced although I just replaced them in March, was told they are good for at least year. I'm back in April getting the another ignition coil replaced ontop being told by the owner to bring my car back up there so they could fix it, only to come up there and act like he didn't tell me to bring my car back up there. Now it's June guess what coils need replaced owner will not respond so what does that imply? Business is business paying for a service to your car, then having to have the same service feels scammed over all. Especially when your use to their service being top notch. I got a call from these guys, they set a date and time to come out to my house to replace my windshield. The woman on the phone was very nice, first asking if I was ok, making sure I wasn't driving, and waiting for me to get pulled over. I really appreciated that. They followed up not once, but twice.
