All stores I have been in are clean and I would say, quite newly refurbished. The staff are always friendly, and knowledgeable and happy to help with queries, or indeed ordering in items for you that are not stocked in store. I recently had myself checked for diabetes by the pharmacist and think this is a great additional extra that is offered by this chemist Am fairly sure they offer other health checks but I am not sure which ones.

Staff here are friendly, but the shop can feel a bit grubby at times. This branch is located inside the Westside Plaza, otherwise known as Wester Hailes Shopping Centre, and it's improved greatly in recent years in both cleanliness and the way things are run, so don't be scared to pop in here to visit the Semi-Chem and get lots of great bargains!

When you ask, they blame the Dr's @ Ladywell. They stare you down when you pick stuff up, their attitude is appalling. The staff gaslight you if you ever ask any questions. Ive been shouted at multiple times by different members of staff in there, i was only picking up the prescriptions. The staff treat you like you're harassing THEM for being there...... Recently, the woman slammed my prescriptions on the desk when i was picking them up. All i said was my name........ no interaction, but this is the treatment.

I have to give 5 stars to the staff at this chemist they always go out of there way to help there…read morecustomers i have to get gluten free foods on prescription and the staff are always offering to help me out to my car heavy boxes they are very friendly and the shop is always very clean they have great advice for you if you have a question for them about a particular medicine or if you want to buy medicines over the counter. The shop its self has been renovated lately so has a seating area and lots more shelving they have a great selection of toiletries and gift sets. The only reason i have not given it 5 stars as they have installed a automatic door at the road side and i feel that it is dangerous for children my daugher give me a fright as she stepped away from me when i was looking at something and as she got a little to close to the door it opened, she got a fright too but i was lucky that she is not the running type lol!

If you are looking for a particular brand then they usually have it here. Anytime I've been looking for something then I find it here. Same with prescriptions - never had to wait long for anything but note - it is small and the Pharmacist goes on lunch (between 1pm-2pm I think) and when that happens, anything needing the Pharmacists ok will not be dispensed till she is back. So - no issues, always get medicines, etc that I need, whether it is prescription or just over the counter stuff. Staff are helpful and friendly and the pharmacist is always really helpful in recommending things if you are a bit unsure about whether you need to go to the doctors or not. All in all, a good wee local Boot's with good opening hours (I think till 6pm, Mon to Fri).

I love there selection of make up they have loads of choice of lots of different brands for all price ranges. Superdrug's own range of products great and i worth trying. At christmas they have lots of nice gift sets for sale and you can often pick up some really nice bargains in January i got really nice sun glasses for 50p and 10p! The christmas stock is quickly replaced by easter eggs. They have there own jewellery range which is really cheap i got a pair of nice earrings the other day for 99p They have a good selection of baby foods nappies wipes etc..

They seem to be providing an important service to Inverkeithing, so I won't quibble that too much, just that if you're disabled, you might have a bit of a struggle to move about the place. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which is nice. This chemists seems to carry pretty much everything you'd expect, from perfume to vitamins to foot care to soaps to the actual medicines. Their prices are what you'd expect from a small town chemist (slightly more expensive than Edinburgh). One thing that did concern me a bit was that some of the things on the shelf were dusty and looked like they'd been there for some time. I wouldn't buy anything to wear from here, like a hat, and wear it without washing it first.

It's definitely got more going on inside than it lets on! For anyone who doesn't know what Boots is *gasp* it's a super pharmacy, although it probably sells more cosmetics and toiletries than medicine. It's an extremely large chain, so the service and prices are pretty are quite standard in each branch. When it comes to anything Boots has to offer, I hardly go anywhere else, because they are cheap and extremely thorough!

However, they make up for this with the medicine counter, which is well stocked and staffed by knowledgeable staff. They can dispense prescriptions and give advice on over the counter medicines. It is a great place to go if you need to ask advice or know exactly which medicine you want as it is usually very quiet and the staff are always friendly and willing to help.
