It is quite a small shop packed with as much stuff as they can fit in so it is pretty crampt and hard to get round and it can be difficult to ind what you want quickly. Their range of products is fairly hit and miss and their special offers regularly change so you need to keep an eye on what they have. They have a good range of popular books and craft materials as well at stationery and gifts (great forpicking up little stocking fillers). Staff seem fairly cheerful and are happy to help on the whole, quite a pleasant little shop despite the lack of space.

The shop is poorly laid out making it very crampt and difficult to get round when it is busy. Staff seem quite uniterested at times and there is nearly always a long queue which ends up blocking some of the shelves which makes the lack of space issue even worse. This is the only stationers in the Serpentine Green Centre (apart from the small section in Tesco) so it is bound to get very busy at weekends and especially around Christmas. There is lots of free parking outside the shopping centre and it is out of the city centre making it more convenient for a quick trip to get printer paper of something simple that you can guarantee they have.
