After months of no response from the IRS and no communication from this company, I finally went in person and was told that he was not seeing customers and that he only communicates through email. The reply to my email came with an erratic lecture instead of an apology and an accusation that i lied about his office not returning phone calls. When i threatened to contact the BBB and write a review online, he wrote that he was terminating pur agreement and said that if i contacted his office again he was going to call the local law enforcement and the IRS on me! I'm assuming that i have to kiss the $550 goodbye

He makes my life extraordinarily easy. My tax returns in the past have been a series of challenges. I have never once had to struggle working with Jay. Though our personal tax situation is fairly simple, it does have its challenges. I have felt very confident in Jay and appreciate his being particularly tech savvy. I consider what we pay him as average even moderate compared to some of the tax accountants I've used. Thank you, Jay.

During our phone interview Jay sounded great and especially loved the fact he was crypto literate. It was downhill from there. Here are the negatives..... 1, He kept accusing us og not knowing hot to properly do bookkeeping and asking us to turn over our bookkeeping to him - for a fee of course. We have never had any CPA complain about our bookkeeping and we have been doing it for 19 years. 2. He failed to depreciate our buildings at our business thereby causing me to end up owing the IRS an additional 15k in taxes that I should have never paid. Our new CPA caught this and filed an amended return to correct the mess Jay created. 3. He never filed the franchise tax report with the TX Comptroller's office and never bothered to mention that he did not file it. This caused us to get a notice from the state putting us out of business until we remedy this by filing our report. Again our new CPA is handling it. 4. Jay is constantly trying to upsell services as add ons that other CPA firms include in their tax preparation service. Also when something goes wrong it is always the clients issue never his responsibility. Stay away. This was the worst accounting experience ever.

This is a scam. And, I fell for it. They promised, for a…read moreflat fee, to reduce my property taxes. I signed their contract and, 9 months later, I got an invoice (telling me it was 2nd notice in HUGE FONT). In the past 9 months, I heard nothing. NO e-mails, no phone calls, no evidence of any paperwork they submitted on my behalf to Tarrant County. Nothing. They even charge a $11.73 "convenience fee" for paying by credit card or direct deposit--but there is no link on their web page to pay the invoice. I am paying because I signed a contract. But, I got zip for my money. Nothing. And, no, you should NEVER use this company. Do your homework. I didn't. I cut them a check today for $346.73. Total rip-off! SCAM! Look up their address...it isn't a business. It is a small house/bungalow. No phone number on the invoice to call them.
