Following the way I was treated today as a customer I feel I need to advise Anfields counter staff that they should treat customers with respect and not be subjected to what I received today following the wrong glass being supplied & after calling them about the issue I was told I should have checked the size before leaving the shop,after returning the 18 mile round trip the man I spoke to was very confrontational and arrogant My reply was I wanted what was on my invoice and what I had paid for, they cut the100mm off to the correct size but no apology was given.
