It's a brilliant shop but unfortunately this particular one loses a star due to lack of local parking and due to the occasionally flooding on the street outside the store, which can make it difficult to get in or out.

It sells a selection of things here from kitchen equipment to pets accessories. The prices are usually quite good. Everything is well priced but their 10p sales are legendary. It's quite a large shop and nicely lit. The staff are always really friendly too. One thing to note is although it sells a mixture of own brand things and other big brands the big brands such as L'oreal, Patntane etc can often be found else where cheaper. My son loves the childrens section and these are always really well priced. Queues can sometimes be quite long though

Some is well-known brands, some is great quality, and some is cheap and tacky. They always have a 'seasonal' aisle which is usually located at the back on the left (as you walk in) which I find useful for buying things for children, such as cheap Easter crafts, small Christmas stocking fillers, cheesy Halloween decorations etc.

The outside sometimes look a bit cluttered due to the bits and bobs they have outside but once you're in there are many bargains to be had. My favourite section is the book section as books for a pound?!! That's cheaper than charity shops! They have a mixture of fiction books and non fiction. Also a great section for kids! The health and beauty area is also really good. The £1 prices put other shops to shame as the shampoos and conditioners can easily cost £2.50-£3.50 elsewhere! They also sells food and drink, car bits, a limited selection of socks and underwear but some great toys for little ones!

They have great prices on seasonal stuff and they usually have lots of kids toys for £1. The staff are fairly helpful and there's always someone around because they always seem to be re-stocking/re-arranging shelves when I'm there!

Their clothing is great value for money and usually well made, and they often have sale rails which can be worth a rummage through.
