Highly NOT recommended. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences ever. All he…read morebasically did was dump pebbles on top of poorly done asphalt. Nothing sticks to the ground. The asphalt job was horrible the first time, so he came back to "chip seal" it but even that was done incorrectly. He barely sprayed any oil, so of course the rocks aren't sticking. Now we have loose pebbles everywhere. It's so bad I could literally sweep everything off if I wanted to. My husband has been trying to communicate with him for weeks, just asking him to fix the job we paid for, and he has done absolutely nothing to resolve it. Every time I hear him on the phone or through our home camera, all he does is complain about how much he (Randy) has spent or how much labor he put in. I honestly couldn't care less. We paid thousands and thousands of dollars for the job to be done correctly the first time. If he had just done it right from the beginning, he wouldn't be "spending more" to fix his own mistakes. Totally disappointed, extremely annoyed, and definitely not recommending him to anyone. Now, today november 18 2025, we turned it over to our attorney to sue him, ow yes, we will sue you Randy. Of all the contractors I have dealt with, Moya's communication skills are the best. On the day of the job he showed up at 0730 with a skilled, experienced crew. Maneuvering the equipment in the space available was challenging, but he managed it expertly. Existing flagstones and shrubs were salvaged undamaged so that we could re-purpose them.
