When I called back and spoke to a supervisor he estimated $7000 to repair my clean out drain because it was obviously damaged. Daniel came - AFTER HOURS - and properly cleared the cleanout. He stayed to make sure it was running clear before leaving. Today I had a clogged tub drain. Two bottles of name brand drain cleaner didn't solve my problem. So, I called Daniel and he came out and cleared the drain with ease (hair - ugh). Plumbers get a bad rap, maybe it is deserved. But, Daniel is amazing! I will never use another plumber again. I will gladly pay full price for a plumber vs the $70 service fee for a second rate plumber sent by the home warranty company. FYI - the details on Yelp are not what the invoice has.
