As a former customer of W & S, I was glad to see that young businessmen are dedicated to continuing the sales and service that I had counted on when I lived in the area earlier. When our washer suddenly quit working, it was easy to go to the store and get up-to-date recommendations on the best & economical appliances. We didn't have to wait a long time to get delivery. The two men were efficient and patient in explaining operating instructions. Best part is I can count on W&S to support the washer & dryer. read more

The worst customer service! I spent over $5,000 in new appliances at this store. The delivery man damaged the deck on my house and nothing was offered in compensation. While installing the refrigerator they shorted out the fridge door and had to replace it. That took weeks and I had to call and hound them to come back and fix it. They never finished installing my over oven microwave...I got tired of waiting and did it myself. The dishwasher and refrigerator both started having issues one year after I bought them. The repairman came to look at it and ordered the parts. That was over a month ago. I called them a week and a half ago the parts are in and they'll "get back to me"...still no word!!! Do not do business with this store no matter what anyone tells you!!! Drive to Des Moines or Omaha if you have to but DO NOT DO BUSINESSES WITH W AND S!!! I'd rate it lower if I could! read more

I ordered an agitator coupling, was told 5 days. came back in 5, shw wrote the m/n down wrong. Another 4-5days. came back In 6. nope. came back 2days later. had my phone number and the m/n wrong. AGAIN! I tried to shop small and pay 40$ when I could get it online for half. and in 2-4 days it would have been here. its been 2 and a half weeks from w&s. still nothing. forget it. read more
