I ordered an agitator coupling, was told 5 days. came back in 5, shw wrote the m/n down wrong. Another 4-5days. came back In 6. nope. came back 2days later. had my phone number and the m/n wrong. AGAIN! I tried to shop small and pay 40$ when I could get it online for half. and in 2-4 days it would have been here. its been 2 and a half weeks from w&s. still nothing. forget it. read more
