He said he would be back in a week to check the traps, a month later I had not heard anything from Orkin, no calls, no emails or anything. So I checked the traps myself and replaced the ones that were needed. So they not only didn't come back to check on what they set up, they also enrolled me in their monthly "pest control" program which I explicitly told the tech at the time I did not want. I was charged for this service after a month had gone by so I called their customer service line asking why I was charged for this and the lady wanted to argue with me saying that I signed up for it when I said I didn't and wanted a refund, she then transferred me to the Branch manager David Branson in Omaha NE. At this point I was pissed and said I wanted all my money back plus the $75 monthly charge and he said he would have to talk to the "higher ups" because his hands were tied. He said he would get back to me, I never heard anything. I was refunded the $75 bucks which I was okay with at the time and I thought this was over, but two days ago I was again charged $90 for "mosquito services" which once again I clearly told the tech we did not want. I wasn't even home when this "service" was provided. This company signs their customers up for services they did not want and then charges them for it, and then bullies their customers when they try to get a refund. I will never do business with a company this shady ever again, and I would never recommend them to anyone.
