I am not able to use the drive thru since I am not an active first Florida member. Nonetheless, I have the same perks I would have with my credit union in NJ. I just love love, love, First Florida. My NJ account was hacked, and a new debit card was issued. I needed money fast. First Florida came through in a pinch.

We're talking 10-14 days here. Not acceptable. Recently my check card keeps getting shut off by regions fraud protection, but the bank doesn't give me a heads up and then afterwards refuses to explain why the card was deactivated. The last straw came when a check was returned nsf, even when money was in my account. I had to deal with that embarrassment, and then to top it off, after I repaid the entire amount, regions put the check through my acct 2 weeks later. And now I can't get anyone on the phone to fix it. The app has no way to address problems and last time I called customer service, I waited 45 minutes to talk to someone in India that could barely understand me, and was incapable of providing any assistance.
