Not only are my accounts up to date and correct, but the service at this branch has been great the couple of times I've had to go inside. I go through the drive-thru ATM more often than not to make deposits and withdrawals; and let me tell you that the ATMs at Wells Fargo blow Vystar's out the water. Also I didn't think anything of it, but Wells Fargo deposited a $300 bonus into my checking account for opening up a new account with them. Bonus!

Went in and wasn't able to talk to Maggie, so I was referred to a different banker who thought he did the processes right, but didn't actually help me in the slightest and just wasted my time. When I returned two weeks later and found out the man did not do literally anything for my account, Maggie had to step back into the situation, and did everything correct. Maggie is 10/10, and if you go to this location, she's the prime one I would recommend you to trust.

Now- it used to be, you had to go in and a teller could note your account. Well after waiting 10 minutes for a teller- she told me I "could" do it on the app. Sigh. I was there, I waited... unless they are no longer allowed to note an account (which they "could" have said that)- I don't understand why they couldn't help me. So, my impromptu trip inside a bank- which seems to happen now about once a year, was pointless. But the atm worked- so there's your 3 stars.

It's a rarity that I actually get in the teller line nowadays since the NFCU app is pretty robust to do check deposits with a snap of a photo as well as easy $ transfer from/to any NFCU accounts. I have been very happy with my past engagements with NFCU's loan (mortgage, auto) departments and like the immediate responsiveness of their credit card fraud department when they flag potential fraudulent transactions. I do miss that NFCU no longer has coin counting machines (allowed customers to have their coins counted and deposited directly into NFCU accounts) in any of their branch locations.
