One that I came across was done very well with the elements you really, really want to see. Specifically, a video with a brief and interesting presentation. A pleasing to the eye design and flow. An offer for a free and informative report. A convenient and simple request form. A quick, easy to read quote about the impact of mobile searches and sites. And it was all readily visible/readable without scrolling down. Website design is so important to your business. If it is easy to find the information, request additional information and to stay in touch with the potential customer, your success rate from visits to your site will increase. Add to that the availability of a mobile site, which is extremely important for many businesses that are searched for "on the go" and you have the recipe for success. No, I do not do website design. However, when I see a good example of something done the right way, I can't help but point it out as a guide for how "it" should be done. Perhaps I am more sensitive to this at the moment as i am really needing to have my site redone. (I got sweet talked before I learned what makes a site effective.) So, I am looking for examples and designers. Nice thing about the internet, you can work with quality designers wherever they are... not just in your own backyard.

I went as far as going to their website and realized it was a little too fishy and generic to be right. I called the girl who does my website and she confirmed it was bs. I went back to the paper and actually read the entirety of it and saw it for what it is. I mean it so looked like it could be legit. Also the name is so generic it could seem legit? Anyway, scammers will do anything and everything to steal from you so be diligent and if something doesn't add up do a little research and make sure you're paying the right people!! Scam,scam.
