Upon arrival, some guests had been seated at tables in a room with no view. Immediately sought after server Bart and redirected to GM George. GM George conveyed that the restaurant was too busy to make other arrangements. The attitude was take it or leave it. Under the circumstances, I was obliged to remain. At 6 p.m., the restaurant was at 15% capacity then when we left it was at 8 p.m. it was at 75% capacity. Fortunately the server was professional, food presentation nice and portions fine. Unfortunately there was rotten escarole on both bruschetta plates on the table. The snapper was low grade and potatoes under cooked. The ravioli tasted average according to my daughter. Compared with fine dinning in the USA, Europe and Sydney, this is average cuisine. However, the views are great with a window seat. Not recommended for group bookings. Get written confirmation of what kind of seating you think you're promised. Finally have a back up planned in case seating arrangements are changed unexpectedly. Don't expect it to taste like fine dinning. Views very nice.
