I also have genetic issues with my spinal column and spend a large part of my daily energy in pain management. Access to the pro-care at Elmenhurst clinic increases my chances of having a productive day and less stress from pain. The gentle "gun" adjustments do not add to a person's stress or anxiety, and I always feel better after a treatment! (No "cracking" and no soreness after a treatment!) Their office is clean and inviting, the staff are welcoming and awesome, and the medical staff is part of a family lineage of Chiropractic Doctors. Thank you for all you do for Walla Walla! So blessed to have this family business who remain relevant in their training and bring this health and wellness option to our community!

I was able to cancel the scheduled cortisone injection in my neck after getting help from Dr Dale…read more I had chronic pain for over a year that is almost completely resolved. It took 11 sessions and a lot of work on my part, following instructions provided with the therapy (posture of course, diligence with icing, and doing my 1 minute of exercises several times a day). I am so thankful! No doctor or procedure can just zap you fixed, especially from chronic pain caused by a lifetime of bad posture, repetitive motion, etc., but I know my old fears and doubts of chiropractors is a thing of the past. I still would not get aggressive chiro adjustments, but the gentle activator style methods used worked for me.

This "clinic" is a joke. Don't even waste your time attempting to make an appointment if you're a…read more"new patient". I wholeheartedly understood that it would take a few months to be seen by their "family doctors", but when I was told they only had 3 available doctors taking new patients I was perfectly fine with the schedule to wait. Then the receptionist tells me which doctor I wanted and mentioned Dr. Wagner as a first option so I opt that my two kids and I be seen by Dr. Wagner. Then here's the catch: the receptionist asks you a bunch of MEDICAL questions and current meds you're on and Dr. Wagner will then "DECIDE" if he will see us?! WHAT IN THE HEALTH CARE WORLD?! I was shocked by her statement and received a call two days later saying that Dr. Wagner decline to "care" or see my kids and I. BRAVO, DR. WAGNER! I bet denying and getting to pick and chose who you want to see makes you feel better about yourself as a practicing doctor who took the Hippocratic oath LIKE ALL DOCTORS DO and now that you're a "big time Dr" in a small town that oath DOES NOT apply to you. This clinic and how they run is truly unbelievable! They called me a few days later REPEATEDLY to let me know another available doctor in their clinic is willing to see me and my children. YEAH.....NO! You may think you are the "it" clinic in WW, but I managed to get myself and my children a good family doctor in WW and could care less about you offering up your next doctor. Walla Walla clinic I truly appreciate the laughs. Now from what I'm reading, Dr. Wagner isn't that great of a doctor anyway so, thank you for denying myself and my two children care! The grass IS IN FACT greener on the other side, folks! Don't settle for WW clinic and their bs stipulations or being "judged" by a Dr before being seen and waiting to see if a doctor will deny or approve to see you!! There are PLENTY OF doctors in WW that are better and not part of this bs scheme WW clinic has enforced! Just do your research and you'll find a fabulous doctor like I have!
