Covid hits, and I'm in panic mode because I didn't know where to go. Fortunately, I found John, and let me tell ya.... he went above and beyond my expectation. I sent John a picture of my boss, and briefly told him his hobbies and likes, and John responds by saying, "oh, that's easy". Within few days, he sends me the most amazing, spot- on caricature of my boss, on a motorcycle, flying his remote control helicopter. I have a very…read moresteep pitched roof and Alex was able to safely work to remove and reposition my enormous vintage tv antenna which he discovered was working so well it did not need to be replaced, but had slipped over the peak of the roof and was not secured properly. Alex moved the antenna to another, safer part of the roof and anchored it down. Once that had been accomplished, he then went into my house, and drilled through very tough concrete walls and hooked up three televisions. Sabrina helped troubleshoot each tv and make sure I was getting all the available channels. This was a difficult job and they worked tirelessly for hours on a hot day. They kept me apprised of every facet of the installation. And with all of this, they were reasonably priced. My TVs are now working great.
