We wanted to replace carpet in 4 rooms in our house. We have dogs and they are just very hard on…read morecarpet, so we wanted a more durable floor. We chose Full Circle Flooring based on reviews that indicated that their installation team was top notch. I am happy to say that they lived up to their reputation. From our initial showroom visit through the quote process Cory and Jason were great to work with. Communication was always quick and easy. Their selection of products is great, and after hearing what we were looking for (durable, low maintenance, and pet proof) Cory steered us to the LVP flooring. They have a great selection, so it was easy to find something that we liked. I can't comment on their prices, because we didn't really check against others. After dealing with quite a few contractors over the years, I have decided that a good job is more important than a cheap job. I don't know if I could have found it cheaper elsewhere, but I was happy to stick with a company that I had faith would do the install correctly. The wait for the product was a couple of months (supply chain issues impact everything these days), but once they had the product in, it was easy to schedule the install. James and Raied did the install, and they absolutely lived up to their reputation of doing a good job. It was obvious from the attention to detail that was paid to fix issues with the existing floor during installation, that I was getting that great install job I was looking for. Communication with FCF during the install process (took 4 days) was always quick, easy, and informative. We are very happy with the finished product and will certainly use FCF for our next flooring job.

We had an unfortunate experience with Cory, a contractor whose actions fell far below professional…read moreand ethical standards. Throughout the project, Cory's involvement was minimal. He only showed up at the house to collect payment, spending less than five minutes before leaving again. The majority of the work was completed by subcontractors, and Cory seldomly and irregularly virified the quality of their work or followed up to check on their progress. We had given clear instructions to Cory: demolition should not begin until all materials were delivered and ready for installation. Unfortunately, this was not followed, and we were left without a kitchen for an extended period--three months, in fact. Our kitchen is quite small, this extended delay of three months was an unreasonable amount of time, causing major disruptions to our daily lives The project started when my husband hired Cory to repair water damage in the kitchen after a leak beneath the sink caused damage to part of the floor. Cory suggested gutting the entire kitchen, even though it had been completely remodeled just a year earlier by my then-boyfriend and with Cory's previous work. At the time, we had filed an insurance claim for the damage, but the process was moving slowly. Despite this, we trusted Cory's expertise and proceeded with his recommendation, believing it was necessary and that the insurance would cover the costs. However, after spending $40,000, we found out the insurance did not cover the repairs. Upon speaking with several of the subcontractors Cory had hired, we learned that only partial repairs were needed, and there was no justification for gutting the entire kitchen. This was confirmed when we found out why the insurance declined the claim. In hindsight, we recognize that we should have been more diligent in verifying Cory's recommendations, and we deeply regret not seeking a second opinion. Additionally, the project experienced constant delays, and I eventually had to personally reach out to the subcontractors to push things along. They regularly showed up late or failed to show up entirely. When I confronted Cory about the delays, he falsely claimed that the project was ahead of schedule and that he had not provided us with specific dates or timelines. To make matters worse, in our final communication, Cory instructed me not to contact him further and informed me that he would only be dealing with my husband from that point forward. I hope this account serves as a warning to anyone considering working with Cory and his company. We strongly recommend proceeding with caution and exploring other options for your construction needs.

Wow! If there were 6 stars, I'd give Linear that. Great experience. Fantastic job all around…read more Communicative and high quality. Their subcontractors were really nice and professional as well. We had a pretty large job that lasted ~4 months. Cory and Hunter were there every step of the way with us. I wish I had something else to remodel because I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I needed more closet space in my primary bedroom and the team over at Interior Finishes Cabinets…read moreand Design put together my dream built-in wardrobe. I first met with their designer, who came by to take a look at the space and take measurements. From there she put together an estimate and a rendering. It was exactly what I was envisioning. It took about a month for the materials to arrive, and then a day to install. They also helped install a very large barn door for an additional cost. I had reached out to a number of local "handymen" who either never got back to me, or declined entirely. You can imagine how happy I was when Interior Finishes said they could do it the same day as the cabinets. I'm absolutely THRILLED with the final result! It completely elevated the space, and it's made that area much more functional. It feels like something out of an interior design magazine. I couldn't be more happy, I highly recommend their services, and I'm already thinking about my next project with them.

When my aunt decided to hire a design team for renovations and interior design for her new home in…read moreReno, I was excited to be involved, given my background in real estate and renovation project management. We met Leslie and Lisa from Mindful Design and reviewed their proposed designs. While my aunt and I had brainstormed some ideas, I was initially concerned with a few of their choices. When we presented our revisions in person, many of our suggestions were dismissed. As the project progressed, several issues became apparent. For example, Leslie initially dismissed the arched mirrors we chose for the bathroom, claiming they wouldn't fit the space--but they ended up fitting perfectly. Unfortunately, other elements of the design were far less successful. Leslie's furniture and art selections felt cheap and were poorly proportioned for the space. Additionally, the overall execution was subpar. My aunt had to hire a contractor to fix numerous issues, including custom beams on the ceiling that were falling down, and didn't meet the walls properly, a raw wood band on the hood with visible nail holes, and a light fixture in the dining room that was 2 feet off-center. There were also significant design flaws that could not be easily corrected without major rework. For instance, one of the shiplap walls was installed backwards, with poorly aligned seams around light switches and electrical outlets. The beams were improperly installed, and the hood over the stove was mismeasured by 4 inches--thanks to Lisa, the owner of Mindful Design--which led to costly custom work that was still unfinished. Despite spending over $100K with Mindful Design, these issues were never fully addressed. Lisa and Leslie failed to take responsibility for their mistakes. They also neglected to inform my aunt about the 90-day return policy for furniture if they ordered it for her, in the end left her to handle returns on her own with a 30-day policy, which was problematic being as she was living out of state at the time. Additionally, basic design principles were overlooked--such as placing a round rug under a round table, which is a basic design misstep. When my aunt left an honest review, Lisa became defensive and dismissive, even attempting to portray herself as a victim of stress, all while failing to manage the project and team professionally. After encountering all of these issues, it's clear that Mindful Design was unprofessional and failed to meet the expectations set for such a costly renovation.
