I have ordered from here in the past. I have had no major issues myself. I have found them to be on point and professional. There was only one time there was an issue and honestly? That was more the problem of the restaurant then anything to do with Vroom. And that time w e did have issues they were very apologetic, Vroom was. I would use them again. The thing about delivery is..sometimes the food just does not taste as good as when it is eaten there and that is pretty much the same with all delivery services. But on those nights you do not want to cook or go out or even through something in the microwave they serve a nice purpose. I have had to cut back on how often I do delivery because of the money issues. Like it or not it is going to cost more. Well it has to! They have to pay the driver and make money themselves. I never give bad reviews.. but. I Ordered food. It came incorrect. Called the restaurant, they said they can't do anything regarding zoom because they aren't affiliated. The ticket came to them wrong yet my order was correct. Called zoom to fix it asaid I would get a call back, never did. I had to call back (an hour later).They offered for me to pick up my corrected food from the restaurant or to send a driver but didn't plan on it. By this time it was too late. Did not offer a refund or anything. Probably won't be using them again. UPDATE: changed stars from 1 star. spoke with the owner and he reached out to me and compensated me for the disruption. I appreciate their customer service and their leader wanting to make customers happy. read more

So been dying for Ramen or Pho. Friday night is usually my night off cooking. So imagine how glad I was to find Vroom Service Now had delivery from a pho place. Order placed at 6:57. No update and the tracker suddenly stopped working at 8:27. I call and am told the girl had computer problems, the order was never placed and the kitchen is now closed. SSOOO in other words if I never called I wouldn't have even known our dinner was never coming because they NEVER contacted us after 90 minutes! Boxed mac and cheese it is for dinner at 8:30 . NOT HAPPY and unfortunatey this is the 2nd experience like this I have had with them. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use Vroom. They clearly need to be in another line of work. Vroom Service Now is currently the only food delivery company I trust. I have tried DoorDash and Uber and I either did not receive any food at all (despite it being "delivered" according to food status online) or I received the wrong food. Vroom's Chat is available during their normal business hours which I utilized to reiterate directions on where to bring food. Sheri was on the other end of the chat and was very helpful and friendly. Nabeel S delivered my food and was friendly as well. I am a 20% or more tipper so I have high expectations. Vroom Service Now exceeded my expectations. I am literally waiting on another order to be delivered by them as I type this. read more

2 stars because I never actually got to try there service. I attempted to make an order because a family friend said they take cash instead of using one of the big delivery services that only take card. However when attempting to pay cash the customer service said they do not do cash on your first order. Due to my and there "safety". They just want your credit or debit card info to hold you liable. I understand but I don't give out that to a delivery person and there is no reason why they can't delivery for cash like every other pizza place or chines place. So if you intend to pay cash go elsewhere sadly they do not accept. Customer service was nice however and obviously just doing there job. read more

A few minutes later I get a call from Vroom customer service informing me that the restaurant declined the order. I called the restaurant back and they said that never happened. read more

Due to a gluten allergy (celiac disease) I had to specify that my food be cooked a little differently, which they said they could do. Vroom called and said that it would take more time but they said they would cook the fries I ordered in a separate thing of oil, however there ended up being a bad reaction to the gluten- so I called the diner and they said that Vroom had asked and called about the gluten. I then asked the manager who told me that they trusted the chefs in the kitchen- I was then told that the service told the restaurant to just get the fries out for delivery- I agreed to a more timely delivery as long as my food had been cooked correctly, and it was not. (I have been to this diner before and they were able to accommodate the allergy, so why not now?) I'm very disappointed. Bottom line: If you have a gluten allergy or some other sensitivity- don't expect the best from vroom unless it specifically says it's safe on the menu. Vroom is not very accommodating, I called them back twice and nobody picked up! The service is a good idea, it just isn't good for me. read more

As a concept this is a very good and needed idea for this area. However, in practice it is a complete failure as it is never available for service. Love this service! I use it for lunch delivery at work on Main St in Danbury. Love that you get updates of where the driver is ("Driver is at the restaurant picking up your order now!") and that they're fast - even during the lunch hour rush. The drivers are always nice and the food always arrives hot. Definitely recommend. read more

I would give a lower rating if I could. Don't bother unless you want cold food delivered VERY late. We have experienced cold food, late delivery AND missing items from our orders too many times, we are done hoping it would get better, it only got worse. Shame on the people who run this shoddy service, you don't deserve to be associated with the many great restaurants in the Danbury area. read more

I love this service! I've used them a lot since my girlfriend takes the care to work. I love the fact that I can get delivery from different towns without paying a big delivery cost. They send out coupon codes for loyal customers which are a great way to get anyone to buy more, but they're worth it. Drivers are always friendly and if there is an issue calling them is never an issue, they are very understanding and helpful. read more

I'm kind of obsessed with Vroom Service. I use them whenever I'm feeling too lazy too cook or go out. I've been a customer since the beginning and love the selection of restaurants. It's nice to be able to get something besides pizza or Chinese delivered. The delivery time is reasonable and the food always arrives hot. Their website is easy and it's awesome how many new restaurants they've added since they first opened. I always love seeing new options when I go to their site. All of the drivers are really nice and I've never had any problems with my orders. Vroom Service is a cool concept with great choices and service. read more

Literally the worst service for food delivery. Embarrassing for the restaurant actually. Cancelled an order at the time it was supposed to be delivered. Customer service rep was rude and zero help. No empathy for the fact that we aired an hour to be told it was cancelled and back to square one!!!!! read more

I love this service. I am actually a driver and absolutely love working with this company. Yes sometimes it gets busy but through our app and old fashioned customer service we are told right where to go to to deliver the orders. And as a driver I try to get all orders delivered promptly. I love the customers and am happy to deliver hot food right to there door when they have had a long day at work or just don't feel like cooking. The customer service and dispatch team works so hard to accommodate every order to make sure it gets to the customer In a timely manner. I've tried this business before, and while it seems pricey(plus tip on top of taxes and delivery service charges), it is a good service if you are stuck and can't get out. Tonight, my order was delivered wrong, and upon calling the restaurant I ordered from, the waitress said that the person in the kitchen was new. She said she would send the right order, and call the guy from Vroom to bring it over. 2 hours later, I try to call Vroom and no one picks up. Both the restaurant and Vroom are responsible to ensure the delivery are correct. Super disappointed, but valuable lesson learned. Once everyone has their cut, it's not their problem anymore. This is easily the worst delivery service available. Not only did they cancel my order without speaking to me about it, but they then told me that it would take another hour to replace my order after THEY cancelled it. So frustrated. i placed a order online and i was a mistake, when i called the restaurant to tell them they where very polite and said they would gladly make another and send it to me with no charge. he said he would call back the driver of this Delivery service and half another one delivered to me at no charge considering I just paid over thirty dollars for something that was not ordered right or was a mistake . i got a call back from This delivery service telling me that she would not deliver the food unless I paid full price again and that the mistake was on my end. i was going to give the driver extra money for having to come back but now i will never use there services again. if you can drive to get get your food i would suggest that because god knows if there is a mistake you will be paying Double just to get it right . just lost a good customer read more

Yesterday, I ordered a pizza from John's Best at 7:30 P.M. the estimated time of delivery of 8:38 P.M. I did not receive the pizza until 10:15 P.M. a whole 1 hour and 37 minutes late, the pizza was delivered ice cold and the only excuse the driver had was I just deliver pizza. This is a good idea for a company, but is a sad excuse for a business. read more
