All 3 times they were no shows. No call, just didn't show up. We would call and get excuses, "we are busy with no heat calls, we don't have you on the schedule ". Have been some of their excuses. A simple phone call would have been appreciated and the correct business decision. We've found HVAC company out of Eagle River that's recommended by some neighbors. They were here yesterday and we are very satisfied. The company is Superior Heating and Cooling. We look forward to many years with them.

They diagnosed the problem (heat exchanger) and they took the step to contact the manufacturer to check whether the part was still under warranty. I didn't know, as I just bought the house 6 months ago. The part was still under warranty, they ordered it and came back on Wednesday to install it. Although they easily could have just tried to sell me a new boiler, they only suggested the work that was actually needed at this point. They were efficient, professional and did a great job. I recommend them for HVAC work.
