After booking this trip with 3 hotels listed, one week before departure, itinerary changed to 4 hotels!!! Novatel Hotel was added and it was horrible, but that's another Yelp review for the hotel. Trying to get someone to answer the phone when you call is a joke unless you want to spend 30 or 40 min waiting only to be disconnected. This is certainly not good Customer Service!!!!

Our trip had 2 guides (one for Ecuador and one for the rest of the trip) The first guide was really good and the second one was beyond horrible. Again these people had no problem over booking our tour which lead to huge problems including have one bus pick us up and people having to sit on the floor, with their luggage as there were no enough seats on the bus. It has now been 2 years since we took this trip and we have yet to hear anything back from Wing Buddies, or should I say rip off buddies which is what they should call them self.
