We were only missing one order and they were happy to correct the mistake (nothing I love more than good customer service). We each ordered a variety of things and I made sure to test it all. I had the crawfish monica- absolutely delicious. Crawfish was well seasoned. Two of our employees said their shrimp poboy was just as good as the ones in New Orleans. We tried the shrimp and grits which are comparable to my favorite shrimp and grits in town. The Pasta St. Charles and chicken shrimp Alfredo were also wonderful. The chicken and waffles were the least favorite. Chicken was kind of small and the waffle was dense instead of light and fluffy. But YA'LL...those beignets...slap ya mama fantastic! If you want an idea just how good their food is, we're ordering again in 2 days! Please give them a try if you can. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Nevertheless, it's got all the mexican street eats, mainly the tacos which is why you're here. All the proteins are fire; I always go with the campechanos, barbacoa, pastor, tripa, and fajitas. Tacos are topped heavily with onions/cilantro and all dishes are garnished with sauteed onions. Squeeze that lime on the taco and top with that green jalapeno sauce for the best flavor. Meanwhile, the quesadilla has a nice somewhat crispy texture with the flour tortilla and nice amount of cheese mixed with the chopped meat. And the gordita is massive with a great texture and filled with cheese, refried beans, and meat. One of the best gorditas I've ever had honestly! Cash/Zelle only. They're right on the intersection of Timberland and E. Denman so you can't miss it. Lufkin is lucky this truck is here!
