Clearly, man-haters. It was obvious to us as soon as we heard the person in the doorway stating it and continuing to declare how terrible she has to treat us in order to get her way with us.
Now, I have to say that this person's opinion of an entire gender is not if great importance to me, but being a person of business I felt it necessary to point out just how detrimental this type of behavior is for, what seemed to be sparse, business relations.
Despite one's personal experiences, exceptional customer service and productive sales require tuning-in, not demonstrative expletives that alienate certain groups, (including those that just aren't in agreement).
This may have been the worst sales experience my friends and I have ever had, and we travel together and separately often. I dare say more than the extremely bitter, hateful representative of this "shop". She could use a vacation, in our collective opinion.

The music playing was dreary, 80s adult contemporary and seemed well out of place considering the area and theme of this shop. We couldn't help laughing upon passing it later, just to hear the same song attempting to depress everyone in its vicinity. It's no wonder the employee is so frustrated!
The idea of being offered a psychic reading from this person was the true irony. As a man, I wouldn't trust anything to do with this business, and I consider myself a feminist.
