The previous owners were avid gardeners and had extensive landscaping, front, side, and back. This City Slicker had no idea how to take care of it all, so I did the next best thing - I renewed the previous owners' contract with Broehl's. Well, let me tell you two things -- (1) I'm glad I did. I can't believe how great my property looks. And (2) It costs a small fortune. Maybe not in the grand scheme of things when you have high maintenance property like I do, but you are definitely paying top dollar compared to the multitude of cut-rate landscapers around town. John Broehl himself gets involved when he needs to, and he has a solid, reliable, and professional crew. Half my neighborhood in Colonial Oaks uses them, so that should tell you something. We've done a lot of net-new projects with Broehl's and every single one of them has resulted in great work. These guys know what they are doing. If you're not good at lifting garden tools, start lifting a pen and write these guys a check instead. You will get a lot for your investment.
