The nightmare has continued for two years. The quality of their work was terrible and actually ended up causing more damage to our home. The roof leaked in two different rooms and the owner Jeremy Conn had his roofers come out and put SILICONE on our roof as a permanent fix! He never responded or followed through to fix the interior damage caused by TWO leaks. We had to hire another contractor to finish the job and repair all the damage caused by their mistakes and crappy work. They literally have ruined our roof, lied about the warranty, and still continue to be dishonest.

They were brought out to look at a sag in the roof of a new addition to a cabin which was completely renovated in 2016/7. They also examined two other parts of the property to offer their opinion, included at no extra charge for the original price of the report which was supposed to focus just on the new addition. In 2019 we chose them to design blueprints to fix the house, which they did for the price quoted in 2018. They worked with us through the process as plans changed once we hired a contractor and removed the ceiling and realized how bad the problem truly was. They also answered my calls as I consulted them during the renovation project. They were both kind and knowledgeable. I would use them again if I had to do it over.
