C and C owner Jeremy Conn jumped at the chance to roof our 800k home. He came in with false promises and later to find out, complete lies. He never ONCE came to the job site to oversee his roofers, EACH NIGHT they left an embarrassing mess of a large quantity of trash that filtered into neighboring yards, and killed our fescue grass. The nightmare has continued for two years. The quality of their work was terrible and actually ended up causing more damage to our home. The roof leaked in two different rooms and the owner Jeremy Conn had his roofers come out and put SILICONE on our roof as a permanent fix! He never responded or followed through to fix the interior damage caused by TWO leaks. We had to hire another contractor to finish the job and repair all the damage caused by their mistakes and crappy work. They literally have ruined our roof, lied about the warranty, and still continue to be dishonest.

When we had to pull the trigger on a new roof, there was no one else we called. The quote was below others and we knew their work would be great. They rolled in around 6AM and started (while they were watching the weather for the next deluge). They finished our entire roof by sundown. Clean up was amazing. All of their workers were on it! This meant I wouldn't need to deal with a lot of the paperwork and middle man stuff. I truly didn't want to mess with and simply wanted my roof replaced due to storm damage. I called HCS and they came back with an estimate. I approved the work. Materials were ordered and roof installed as promised with no issues. Cody was fantastic and easy to work with overall. My only hiccup was some confusion with them working with my insurance company as a preferred provider. I called into Messick roofing and the owner Grant had picked up the phone. I had informed him that I was looking for roofing estimates and he was able to set an appointment with me to come out the next day. Grant arrived on time and did a full inspection on the roof. He was able to provide me with an estimate right away and quoted me at $7900 for 2,100 sq ft of roof and that also included the installation of five attic vents. After getting four different estimates, Messick Roofing was by far the most reasonably priced. I had the pleasure of working with Paul Wallace and his crew. Very personable guy and extremely helpful of aiding me in picking out a new roof color. They arrived on time. They finished on time. They cleaned up all their mess. The craftsmanship was very well done. They took very good care of my property during the roofing process. The attention, communication, and care during the job was absolutely what you want from a roofing company. I cannot speak highly enough about this business. Paul was also very kind enough to bring over a pound of dear meat that he caught from his last hunting trip which was beyond over the top. We had a phenomenal experience with this company and will definitely be using them again in the future.
