The place is popular and people talk about it. It has souvenir stores, restaurants, candy stores, an ice cream shop, and other stores. It is colorful and clean inside. The entrance has a huge sign so it is easy to spot. This shopping center has a parking garage. What is convenient and great about parking is that is right across from the shops. The garage connects to the building with a walking bridge. The bridge was clean and colorful. A good place to take pictures. . . . I saw towards the back of the shops a bandshell. A nice area with chairs. I don't know if it's part of the shops but I just wanted to mention that if you keep walking towards the back there are more things to see.

This worked well for us because we didn't have to battle with finding a decent parking space or waiting in long lines. The malls in Orlando and other places in florida make this mall look like a strip mall. I haven't been here in years and I am local. I will not return.

This is an enormous outdoor, upscale shopping center featuring brand name stores, including Vera Bradley, Polo Ralph Lauren, Coach, Banana Republic, and H&M, to name a few. The layout of the shopping center has an open landscape walkway, which doesn't provide much shelter from the scorching sun or pouring rain. There are ground seating areas and a small splash pad for small children. There is also plenty of parking and electric vehicle charging stations. Restrooms are available, though the stalls in the women's bathroom could use a bit of cleaning, as there were toilet paper thrown on the floor around the toilet. Overall, I feel you can have a pleasant shopping experience here at Tanger Outlets.

Look I can find those high end place when required and admit I enjoy shopping at those places occasionally but it's not necessary for everyday living. If I need a vegetable steamer or pair of flip flops I can come here dressed in my beach shorts and tee shirt do a little shopping and grab a decent lunch and not mortgage my house on the beach. This outdoor shopping arena was much needed and the developers did a great job providing a little of everything for everyday living and although there isn't any valet parking there is ample parking and no traffic jams. I still get a laugh out of the roundabout that seems to challenge a few but I think that was the intent.

The Publix and Mr. Petman Superstore are the two primary reasons that I am in this shopping plaza. This particular shopping plaza has definitely seen better days and needs a lot of better stores. Sunshine Park Mall is on Ridgewood Avenue, so it is extremely convenient and there is plenty of parking. With the lack of great shopping, I would definitely recommend shopping elsewhere if you want to do some window shopping, but if you are heading here for a particular business, you should have no issues. I was between giving Sunshine Park Mall two stars or three stars. I opted to give it three stars.
