I was interviewed by Nick Coughran, who was warm, friendly, and understanding of my past and present situations. He submitted my resume and found me a position in just over a week. From March to today, Nick and his associate Karl Harkins have given me support and feedback. Thankfully this assignment was far and away an improvement over the past one, but Nick and Karl let me know that my co-workers and supervisor thought I was doing a great job. They shared in my enthusiasm for the place, and passed on the news several times that my assignment had been extended. The folks at Express are doing good work, in my opinion. They have been friendly and helpful, and given me more compliments in 3 weeks than I received in 3 months of working at a facility that shall remain nameless.
