I consistently worked with Apple one in three states, and in three counties in each state so that I could always have income, yet flexibility to travel as my parents had homes on both coast. I thoroughly enjoyed numerous assignments as data entry operator specializing in statistical typing/input, computer operator for large mainframe systems, A/P clerk, then bookkeeper, accountant as I continued my education and about 15 other titles with "Fortune 500" companies. My manager kept me under their wing and nurtured and supported me even when I was doing a job that I was nervous about taking, like as a "Jr. Planner" which lead me to an "Inventory transactions analyst" position for three years identifying, evaluating, rectifying, and presenting my findings with the five key department heads on a daily basis. AppleOne encouraged me and supported me and made me the woman I am I will never forget AppleOne and how they changed my life. There were very few 18 and 19 year olds working in Aerospace with top-secret security clearances and I was fortunate to be one of the few. AppleOne helped make me feel special and be special. They gave me the confidence to tackle things that most people would only dream of and kept me living in style! Can't say enough good about them. I later had the confidence and skills to start two of my own businesses and be home with my children when they were little. I needed a job, and contacted Accountemps again with a revised resume and in much better health. I was interviewed by Nick Coughran, who was warm, friendly, and understanding of my past and present situations. He submitted my resume and found me a position in just over a week. From March to today, Nick and his associate Karl Harkins have given me support and feedback. Thankfully this assignment was far and away an improvement over the past one, but Nick and Karl let me know that my co-workers and supervisor thought I was doing a great job. They shared in my enthusiasm for the place, and passed on the news several times that my assignment had been extended. They asked about any concerns I might have, encouraged me to look for permanent work, and handled the end of my assignment when, two weeks ago, I found a permanent position elsewhere. Quite a few have a handful of friends, very little impressive jobs and no recommendations to note. Disturbed to go into my own linked in and see that someone employed by Opti Staffing- Tukwila, who had intentionally harassed our home multiple times and had charges filed on them was using the Opti company name to access my own personal work info. Even more alarming was this person was listed as a professional linked in recruiter when at 19/20 years old their own job experience was a prior bikini barista, work at dream girls, an attempt at only fans and a few months in retail. No possible way they would have the ability to decipher what a good candidate for employment would look like. Given this is the quality of recruiters hired by Opti Staffing of Tukwila I would steer clear of using their services based on their pick of quality/knowledge of recruiters. Hopefully the other recruiters are not of the same work experience. A recruiter at a minimum should have a stellar work record so they can filter good candidates. When you hire recruiter's with no relevant work experience and who have never held a job longer than a month or two with less than a cumulative years experience that shows the quality. Wondering what their hiring criteria is to become a recruiter given this?

From the Washington office. First she explained she was not even going to contact me since she did not receive my email with the responses to her questions. Incidently, I had sent the email back to her the previous day while she made excuses for her company's new program. As the interview continued, I felt grilled and harassed as she accused me of not uploading current documents for her review. As I mentioned that I reviewed this attachment just before the call there was more conflict as she defended the documents and stated I must have 2 profiles set up. I never stood a chance. I have 2 advanced degrees and several certificates in my field yet this recruiter had a severe attitude issue.
