We waited, we wanted to USE HIS Insurance benefits on his work. They never did it correctly so we had to pay the full sum out of pocket!! ‍ -After we spent $20,000 with DR K! -I believe ALL this occurred bc he had office staff that were embezzling? -Dr K called us asking if we could go to OUR Bank to get a copy of our $18,000.00 CHECK to see WHERE it was deposited! IT DID NOT GO IN HIS ACCOUNT! -It was DEPOSITED into an employee's Account. We went to our Branch Manager, then TOOK Banks copies to him, out of courtesy, kindness, as one should. -Still, Dr Kovacevic turned us over to collections for hubs work after we went out of our way to help. -I am unaware of what happened w his employee, the funds. He is very gentle and strives to cause as little discomfort as is possible during any procedures. When he administers the Novocaine, he is so gentle that you can barely feel it. I recently had to go to an endodontist for a root canal, and i had forgotten how good Dr Cetnar was at doing the injection. That endodontist reminded me with a good shot of PAIN with that needle. His staff is pleasant and helpful. His hygienists are also gentle and cognizant of causing the patient the least amount of discomfort, while at the same time being very thorough with their cleaning. Let's face it, no one really LOVES a trip to the dentist, but visiting Dr Cetnar is never something that i dread.
