LASERS ARE COOL. I…read moregot a very specific gift idea in my head, and Toronto Laser Services helped me pull it off. I ordered a beautiful wooden canoe paddle and wanted the gift-receivers name engraved on the bottom. I popped in with the paddle, told them my vision and it was perfect and ready for pickup within a week. About three days after dropping it off, they sent me a few options to choose from, and it looked *exactly* like the one I chose. Now that I know I can laser etch things with such ease, shit around my house is getting monogrammed. Because, again, LASERS ARE COOL.

The type of reception you get here depends on who you work with it seems. If you get the guy who…read moreruns this place on a bad day, he'll be supercilious, maybe nice to your face, but actually profoundly sarcastic. On a good day, he's a professional. The other staff are friendly, sincere in their interactions, helpful and really kind about explaining the processes even though it's a busy place. The first job I brought here was done perfectly. I was also grateful that they were willing to take a small job. The second job got kind of messed up. Delivery of the end product was late and I ended having to hand cut everything because the precision wasn't there. There was also a lot of waste of the material. The owner didn't really seem to care about that and I didn't want to get into it with him.

TruTone is 'Truly' Exceptional Service!…read more I recently purchased a set of Paradigm Founder speakers from Trutone Electronics, and I'm extremely pleased with both the speakers themselves and the buying experience. After quoting the speakers from several U.S. dealers I found that the incredible price offered by TruTone, no customs tax on Canadian made goods (Paradigm and Anthem) would save me a bunch. I was heading to Toronto for the weekend anyways and the savings more than paid for the trip. From the beginning, Jeff Lacey at Trutone was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He provided a clear and detailed quote, explained how Canadian sales tax applied, and walked me through what to expect as a U.S. buyer bringing Canadian-made audio equipment back across the border. The process turned out to be much simpler than I expected. After finalizing my quote, I drove to pay and pick up the speakers in person. Trutone had everything ready and packaged securely. Crossing back into the U.S. with the speakers was straightforward. Have them make you two copies if your receipt. Get the CBP Declaration Form 6059B and fill it out this to declare your purchase: https://www.cbp.gov/travel/us-citizens/know-before-you-go/what-expect-when-you-return The Paradigm Founders are truly incredible speakers and buying them directly in Canada gave saved me money and it's cool knowing they were hand delivered from the factory. I highly recommend Trutone Electronics for anyone in the U.S. considering Paradigm, Anthem or any Canadian made brand. Their knowledge, customer care, and transparency made the entire process seamless. If you're willing to make the drive, buying Canadian-made Paradigm speakers from Trutone is absolutely worth it! Thank you Jeff, Robert and William, I will be back to complete my theater.

Rather than hitting me with a high priced repair quote, they insisted on rechecking the Warranty. To my surprise, my iPad was still covered. Forty eight hours later, they call and told me that my brand new iPad was ready for pickup. All that they charged me was a very reasonable service/handling fee. Not many shops go the extra distance for you like this, these days. Bottom line. If you want your computer electronics repaired: fast; and done right the first time by well trained and extremely competent technicians; Buy N Cell is the place to go.
