I have had glasses for a number of years and am quite careful with them...no Kleenex or paper products ever. I was told eyelashes can cause scrapes, are you kidding. Regardless, my glasses are sent off for the new lenses and I am back to my old ones (4 yrs) with no scratches, until my 2x repaired ones return. Again, selection was good and no waiting.

Not satisfied took them to another Optometrist who measured the lenses and said they were not cut evenly. Got rid of the expensive frames and had the lenses properly cut and fitted into the new frames. Now they are great. Will never make that mistake again. Donated the expensive frames to charity and they were only two months old. Not impressed with this business at all.
