However the staff working there proves time and again that they are incompetent to process payments and insurance. Other mishaps have happened in the past but our recent visit has made me decide to switch to a new office. They couldn't process our insurance properly we were there for an hour and half trying to get it figured out and led to many phone calls with them and insurance to get it all figured out. It led to me having to return money to my insurance company as they double billed us. They failed to call and let me know my daughters glasses were ready and after 2 1/2 weeks I finally reached out and they were.
