This is service with a scowl, and if you need help with anything (such as installing the card) you must expressly ask because they sure aren't gonna offer. That said, they speak English, which is a valuable trait in Milano, and the SIM cards do work--and in all of Europe, no less. Unfortunately, if you run out of data (giga, as they say--"jigga") the folks you'll call to add more only speak Italian, so good luck with that. They have a website too, but again... all Italian, as are their texts warning you of data usage. Luckily I had a friend in Rome who called and negotiated for me.
