The waterfall on the glass is a unique feature, before heading down the steps, and it's a typical, modern Apple Store showcasing the latest Apple tech. The main store area is bright, and modern and showcases Apple's latest tech from Macbooks to iPhones in a beautiful, spacious store, with comfortable places to sit, relax, even charge up and use the WiFi. All of the staff were friendly and happy to help, I found it useful how many of the staff had a good understanding of the English language (Il mio italiano non è così buono). I ended up forgetting to pack my Apple Watch charger, I was advised by a helpful advisor that I could purchase one from the store, and return it for a full refund, before going home, meaning I was able to borrow one for free due to Apple's generous return policy. On both occasions, to purchase and return my charger, I was able to get in and out of the store in a couple of minutes, with a great experience with all staff members. There wasn't much difference between the prices here and back home too - given the difference in currency which is fluctuating like crazy right now, the difference was under a pound/euro for my charging cable. 5* - I simply love this store, it reminds me a lot of the Fifth Avenue Apple Store in New York, but slightly smaller and less hectic (in a good way). A beautiful store with unique features and awesome service warrants 5/5 in my book.

Never sign business contract with TIM. TIM surprisingly charge you for different issues, you can…read morenot cancel the contract in any of their stores, nobody answer your emails and TIM push you to pay it. You will need lawyer to cancel & get rid of TIM. I am an Example and following TIM with lawyer now.

This is service with a scowl, and if you need help with anything (such as installing the card) you must expressly ask because they sure aren't gonna offer. That said, they speak English, which is a valuable trait in Milano, and the SIM cards do work--and in all of Europe, no less. Unfortunately, if you run out of data (giga, as they say--"jigga") the folks you'll call to add more only speak Italian, so good luck with that. They have a website too, but again... all Italian, as are their texts warning you of data usage. Luckily I had a friend in Rome who called and negotiated for me.
