The waterfall on the glass is a unique feature, before heading down the steps, and it's a typical, modern Apple Store showcasing the latest Apple tech. The main store area is bright, and modern and showcases Apple's latest tech from Macbooks to iPhones in a beautiful, spacious store, with comfortable places to sit, relax, even charge up and use the WiFi. All of the staff were friendly and happy to help, I found it useful how many of the staff had a good understanding of the English language (Il mio italiano non è così buono). I ended up forgetting to pack my Apple Watch charger, I was advised by a helpful advisor that I could purchase one from the store, and return it for a full refund, before going home, meaning I was able to borrow one for free due to Apple's generous return policy. On both occasions, to purchase and return my charger, I was able to get in and out of the store in a couple of minutes, with a great experience with all staff members. There wasn't much difference between the prices here and back home too - given the difference in currency which is fluctuating like crazy right now, the difference was under a pound/euro for my charging cable. 5* - I simply love this store, it reminds me a lot of the Fifth Avenue Apple Store in New York, but slightly smaller and less hectic (in a good way). A beautiful store with unique features and awesome service warrants 5/5 in my book.

The Louis Vuitton flagship store in Milan is on a whole different level. I thought the Galleria…read morelocation was impressive, but this one genuinely stopped me in my tracks. The space is massive and laid out around a dramatic open atrium, so as you move through the three floors you can look down and take it all in from above. It feels more like a luxury gallery than a retail store, in the best way. What really surprised me was the café inside, which somehow makes the whole experience feel even more elevated and relaxed at the same time. You can browse, wander, pause, and just soak it in instead of feeling rushed. The service is polished and attentive without being intimidating, and the architecture alone is worth the visit. Even if you're not buying anything, this flagship is absolutely a must-see in Milan.

Yes, the non-shopper wanted to go shopping! I wandered into this store. Amazingly, some of the clothes are one size. Which is fine for me, then I don't have to try on and try to figure out my size. But how will it fit? The daughter tried on a top. It looked fine, so I got one as well, in another color. I also got a dress, but being a lazy shopper, I didn't try it on. The prices were right and I didn't mind taking a chance that I'm buying something that won't fit. I can always re-gift, right? The clothes are made in Milano and are trendy styled. I just love that I'm shopping Milano local! Sales people are nice. I didn't have to bust out my bad Italian since they spoke English. Clothes are for men and women. The prices, even with the Euro conversion, are great. I feel like I'm getting a good deal and the quality is good too. You can tell it's handmade, but well made. I'm happy that they have a website. I would like to order more clothes, but I need to check if they ship to Hawaii. I'll give an update to my review when I find out. If they don't ship, looks like I'll have to take another trip to Milano!!
