I went to the Genius Bar for my iPhone and as crazy busy as it was... an associate who spoke English (very well) assisted me with my problem. I wish I could remember his name -- because I felt like he went above and beyond to help trouble shoot my issue. I wasn't the only American in there or foreigner / traveler who came in searching for assistance with their iPhone. One continued to stare at her computer, the other turned her head away and pretended to be looking at her long hair. I spoke to get their attention and the one with long hair looked at me with what I interpreted as an uninterested, unsmiling face. She did then get me what I came in to purchase.
