Listen, as the other reviews have said it's your typical overcrowded apple store -- so know that going in there. I went to the Genius Bar for my iPhone and as crazy busy as it was... an associate who spoke English (very well) assisted me with my problem. I wish I could remember his name -- because I felt like he went above and beyond to help trouble shoot my issue. I wasn't the only American in there or foreigner / traveler who came in searching for assistance with their iPhone. There was a woman from Spain who jacked her headphone input plug, some Brits who cracked their iPhone screen etc. etc. I bring this up because for an apple store, they were well staffed with knowledgeable associates at the Geniuses Bar. (Whew!) The apple associate who helped me offered me two solutions. Thanks for your help nice German fella, whom I can't remember your name.
Stars for customer service, availability, wifi, options and location. Thanks apple Munich, I wouldn't have had an iPhone while traveling abroad without you!
