Of course it's handy to have a local Vodafone store on your doorstep where you can go and check out the latest handsets before you upgrade, but the issue I always have is with the capability of the staff. This store always has a big range to look over but I always seem to get lumbered with a newbie staff member who knows far less than I do and wastes my time by telling me all about the the latest features that I have no interest in. Their computer hook-up back to Vodafone HQ seems to work well and they can at least look up your account quickly. Please get some better staff training in place Vodafone. read more
