He was extremely rude and accused me of having an "attitude" when in fact he was the one with the attitude problem. He is in dire need of customer service training. I have already made a formal complaint via the Vodafone website. The person I dealt with via that route was particularly helpful. I certainly would not recommend using the Clapham Junction branch of Vodafone.
