The expense of this would be 160 which was paid and we were told that the phone was worth salvaging as the screen was worth 230 and had been shown to be working. It was promised that the phone would be thoroughly checked before handing it back additionally. The first collection of the phone showed that the phone was working perfectly apart from the speakers and microphones that were not working. We presumed this to be a mistake which is why we sent the phone off again in good faith with again a promise that the phone was to be thoroughly checked before handing it back. The second collection of the phone showed the phone to be working although the touch of the touch screen was unresponsive therefore the phone was STILL not working. At this point with approximately one month elapsed and everytime new problems developing with the phone and it obviously not being checked everytime, I decided a refund was the best option, as how many more times would they need to send it off? Two times? Ten times? Unfortunately any faith we had in your company had been lost at this point. This was most devastatingly with your members of staff in store who when asked what had been done to the phone kept replying "they didn't know" and continually said they would ring us back and did not. The manager should have contacted us if the store staff did not understand the repair job but this additionally was not done at any point. The Camberley store agreed to a full refund and to replace the original parts which on the attempted 3RD COLLECTION was also not done. The phone was handed back with a cracked screen when the screen had been intact form the start! We refused to accept the phone in the condition it was presented in and again were promised again to hand back the phone in the original condition with the intact screen back in the phone which we have been told will we are still waiting for. Avoid this store at any cost! Poor customer service and more importantly poor quality repairs...
