The manager and employees have always gone the extra mile to ensure my questions were answered and I had all the information about different contract/insurance options necessary to make the best decision on a plan. After I was approved, the employee offered to show me different phone features and explained to me how to work the phone. She also went over case options and sold me the best case for the best value, which I've been really happy with so far. Location - I may be a bit biased about the location, as it's located within walking distance from my house. However, for me it's perfect and I like that it's tucked away a little bit so it's usually not too crowded, even on the weekend. Streatham Place is just down a block from Brixton Hill near the New Park Road bus stop. Prices - I got a great deal on my iPhone 6, much better than I had been offered by other networks, and they were very unbiased in comparing prices. Product - I absolutely love love love my iPhone 6. It's the first iPhone I've had as of yet, and it's amazing. They told me to let the battery drain all the way for the first couple uses. I did this, and my battery life since has been great! I switched to the iPhone from Samsung Galaxy, and was a little apprehensive about the shift at first. Now, I'm very happy I made the decision I did. I'm giving this Carphone Warehouse 5 stars because they were great all around and have continually done their best to provide excellent service, even when I was in the preliminary stages of buying a phone and was only going in to explore options. I presume though they have to do that as they are commissioned and instructed to. However they did very well in recommending a nice phone and did everything very well so I am a happy and contented customer.

However, in this Ealing branch, the customer service could maybe be improved. Sometimes, the staff are really knowledgeable, but at other times, they can be frustratingly unhelpful. I went in to get my phone fixed on warranty and they were so slow- I was referred to about 4 different people, who eventually led me back to the customer service desk I originally started off at. Overall, I would still come here again, but with some trepidation.
