If you dont want to look in the shop theres plenty of free phone magazines you can take to look through instead. The staff are always helpful but never pounce on you as soon as you walk in the door like others do! They help you choose the right plan for you and the right phone. They have a big display of the latest phones out in the shop so you can see the actual size etc of the phone before you buy it. I think they have the best and cheapest deals going, they even offer free Wii's or playstations with some phones!

Once youve said no im just looking they will leave you alone though until your ready to buy. They do a great selection of phones fro the lastest to easy use phones for the people who just want a phone to make calls! at good prices, they do very competitive deals on there phones. The staff can help you with choosing the best traiff and deal for you.

I have currently been in to the store and been sold a Lebara plan that doesnt even exist. I was told they have a plan which costs 15 pounds. I signed up and got the sim card. The plan came with 5 gb of data but after using the internet for 5 minutes i was somehow out of credit. Apparently the people at carphone warehouse didnt add the an I was sold to my account. So then my credit was used up in minutes and was told me and my girlfriend are both out 15 pounds. The next day I went in and was then told the plan I wanted doesnt even exist and that it is actually 25 pounds. So not just lied to but ripped off. Thry werent sorry and did nothing to rectify this. Poor service, terrible info and the worst staff training possible. This was possibly the worst experience I have had anywhere for anything in my life. Useless company. Dont go here just order your plans online from the company gou want. This place will actually just screw you over
